Your mind can either enhance or diminish your health.
The past couple of years in my life has created an awakening in me in many ways. I spent it sick, tired, and weak. And finally after much research and tests I found out that I was dealing with several major dis-ease processes. So, then on top of health concerns immediately I went into emotional and mental turmoil. Grief, sadness, fear, emotions coming at me from all directions. Planned my will, took care of loose ends, and then I decided to take my life back. To let life flow. The present moment is truly all we have. The past is gone, and the future is not yet here. So why worry about it. I decided to accept my life, my health, and my actions, and my death when that should come to pass. Acceptance of what is promotes health.
